I'm looking more and more at this card since Scars came out, and the more I look at it the better it looks. Looking nice as sb material or even maybe putting 1-2 of these in mb. Green has no problems getting to 5 mana. A pretty good two-in-one card.

Heh, it's so funny to see how all the standard/extended/legacy players rate this down, when this is probably in a third of green EDH decks.
Excellent in EDH.
Lackluster everywhere else.

@fluellen How? Did they turn off the censoring? Can I discuss cumulative upkeep and assassins now?
Apparently not. shit
Really? Cum is too dirty, but shit's cool?

Expensive for what it does, but very flexible and cool because it is an instant. A good way to break out of deadlocks or waste a couple of enchantments that are wrecking your day.

I'd run it for Limited, but it's way too spendy for Constructed. At least it's instant speed though.

the flavor text confuses me. wouldn't there be more ruins when you crush relics?

@uhhsam:
There would be less ruins, because the ruins would be destroyed, so there is nothing left. Not even ruins.

I've got four sideboarded just incase I feel the quasali pridemages can't keep the heat off well enough against some decks. Then they get boarded in game two and three. Relic Crush has yet to fail me.
