He kept bouncing the land that I would put goblin shrine on, instead of learning from my mistake, I tried using this in addition to the shrine. Its a hard path going from a new guy to some one who can at least pretend he knows what he is talking about but the only way to make experience is by making mistakes.

An obvious must-have in a goblin deck. Sure, it is defense instead of offense, but think about how many global-kill cards this protects against.

Not a bad card, but there are too many other things a goblin deck needs to be doing to be effective. This doesn't really justify its slot.

The effect wouldn't be that terrible, but there are just so many better things to do with 3 mana in a Goblin deck, especially since that's the sweet spot where Goblin lords hang out, as far back as Goblin King.

Interesting card, even if most folks don't care about making Goblins tougher. At least by this point, creature tribes were better than the Kobolds.
