Thing is swords is legendary, and this is not :) I wouldn't say either is better, it's a deck / meta call, I guess. Ace card though, can't really agree on it being an uncommon... should definitely be a rare. If the uncommon does this, what will the rare do?

Undercosted. This has no use really early except to neem your opponent's Llanowar elves or other mana rampers, and this is useless with its drawback. Later, you would much rather they not have a Darksteel Colossus than a Forest. The best use for this is to wreck unfair early-game killer combos (like Hexmage + Dark Depths). Still, this card would be all around fairer if it cost more.

Why did they print a card better than Swords to Plowshares !? how can this be possible !? and it's a friggin uncommon ! So, what's next ? "White Lotus" ? or maybe "Light Ritual" ?
And why is white becoming number 1 in killing/removoving creatures in MTG ? isn't white
supposed to PROTECT or HEAL creatures ? That doesn't feel right.

Ruins fun of game. Too powerful. At most, they should have reprinted Swords.
Please do NOT make any more cards like this. I heard they are reprinting Black Lotus next.
For being really, really irritating...rating 1/5.

This may not be as good as Swords to Plowshares, but in the case of formats without that card, this is just as gamebreaking.

I hate this card I'm the only one of my friends who don't run it and its the reason i lose most games this singular card alone
I have the shroud all my creatures just so I don't get murdered by this thing
it's really kinda broken too when it takes 2 to destroy a non black creature for black the destroy colour 2 or 3 to counter a spell but one white to exile a creature so broken

Could have been better if the free basic land is put into the player's hand instead of directly into play. There's a high percentage that you might need to play this in the early turns to remove a threat (2nd turn staples like Bloodghast or Hellspark Elemental), and you certainly don't want to give your opponent that quick mana boost. At least your opponent will have 3 lands next turn instead of 4. The "delay" factor becomes critical.
Consider this disturbing but not implausible scenario: You use this card to exile your opponent's Bloodghast, but then the free comes-into-play land fishes out the other Bloodghast in his graveyard! God help you if he has more than one in his graveyard eagerly awaiting landfall. And with the popularity of vampire decks nowadays, this situation might happen more often than you'd expect.
All things considered, this is still a solid card. Swords to Plowshares is still better, though. ... (see all)
