This card is a great card. Its not broken, its powerful but has a major set back. People i have played against have actually helped me by exiling my creatures and giving me a extra land. Not a good card early game but can be quite annoying.

Much as this card wants to be the next StP, it's not. StP is always good, while PtE is only good late in the game when your opponent has played his finisher and doesn't need more land. Might as well cost 3 mana. More direct creature removal is always good for white, though.

I'm gonna be honest.
Annihilator has ruined the game.
Because of it you need a rediculously OP mana ramp, to a creature that needs more counters than any others.
To be honest eldrazi are the worst thing to ever happen to Magic.

I believe this to be better than Swords to Plowshares simply because if you Swords a Dreadnought or a certain Marit Lage token you give you opponent a ridiculous amount of life. One land for removing a possible gaming winning creature like the above mentioned, sounds like a fair deal to me.

Path's even better now that there's landfall.

In limited I will not warp my deck color to play this card. In constructed I will play this card if it is in my colors. Unfortunately, against any deck that is competitive, I will always want more than four PtE. PtE is not as good as Maelstrom pulse. So Jund wins in Type 2.
4/5
Not powerful enough.
Jund needs to go down and this is not THE tool.

Yes. Hell yes. This card is simply beautiful. It sucks that I won't be able to use it anymore. :(

I'm actually multitasking right now- typing this response as I tread water in a ocean of your tears. How can people say that this is overpowered? It's good, very good. Do I seriously have to remind everyone how bad white was prior to Shards block? White had Wrath and StP, both of which were gone for a big chunk of time that this was in standard. Naturally, people leaped at the chance while blue players forlornly walked the streets, doomsayers all. If it's "overpowered," it's because everyone plays it, drawback and all.
I grow weary of having to remind people that white is only now just starting to enjoy a couple of really good cards. 15 years into the game.
