Another great staple for white.

Probably superior to Swords to Plowshares. StP would often give the creature's controller 4+ life, which is usually worth more than a tapped basic land. And we know already that the Landfall mechanic is not all that useful.
TOTALLY gratuitous for modern white, which already has good creature removal. To think that for ages, white removal was Pacifism.

Path to Exile. this is a great card, needless to say. against a creature heavy deck it is perfect mid/late game. even if you find yourself against a deck with no creatures, they will surely be playing creature removal. why not rampant growth at instant speed for a single mana if your creature is going to die anyway? very versatile. coupled with harm's way for early game single white removal, white is looking deadly all around with removal.

One of the best removal spells ever printed. Cheap, effective, yet double-edged sword that requires correct decisions. That's a win in my book. I like the Rebecca Guay art more, though.

This is an amazingly good removal card, but it fixes your opponent's lands. Is it worth it? Probably, but just keep an eye out. I had one game at an FNM where my opponent was manascrewed for one color. I could have used Path to Exile to make the field a little easier for me deal with, but that may actually have been a bad move. Thankfully, I decided not to play Path, and managed to win because my opponent was unable to play half her hand.
Also, play it on your own creatures right before they're about to die to fetch a free land if you can't hit your opponent.

not as versatile as swords to plowshare, but better for taking out opponents creatures.
Im surprised they made this card frankly. its the best creature removal in the game period, and its white.

Slightly overpowered; though personally I rather not give the opponent a land advantage when I can, which is why I prefer Swords to Plowshares or the more expensive Unmake.

Awesome card. The drawback is real and relevant- which too many people forget- but it makes for very interesting decisions and is an all around awesome print at uncommon. Thanks for making White playable again, Wizards :)
