One of the few good solutions to devout lightcaster. Works nicely against howl of the night pack as well.

Don't forget, Infest can get rid of indestructible/regenerating creatures too.

Honestly, I don't know why anyone would need reminding. It's called a BANEWASP for crying out loud.

God_of_Destruction, while I agree with everything you said, there is one major benefit this spell has over its red counterparts, since it doesn't deal damage it gets around protection. If played correctly, this is the type of thing that can bring an end to a blocking Great Sable Stag with a simple 1/1 token or the suchlike.

This just got a whole lot better now that people are running Eldrazi Monument with elves.

Being a sorcery, just dont cast it BEFORE your combat step.

Balck colored Volcanic Fallout...but some setbacks though...First is the speed, its jst a sorcery, second it can be countered, and third it gives ur surviving creatures (if any) -2 in power... but still a better card against token and weenie deck...and its being sorcery sometimes (or maybe most of the times) will leave ur opponent clueless or in surprise...

It's like a black Pyroclasm.
