In the decks where this card excels, it works quite nicely. Great multiplayer viability with the first ability, and the second likewise has some marginal use in the same format.

Both of its abilities are relevant. 2RR is a bit expensive for a Goblin deck, but it's useful nonetheless.

2RR FOR 1/1 IS POOR but tapping and putting down a commander next turn then having manna to play with is very handy 4/5 because he is old and actually useful.
