@ Donovan_Fabian No sir when a creature has wither counters, if it has -1/-1 counters equal to its toughness its sent to the graveyard as a state based action. Although it does remove damage, wither counters, and -1/-1 counters in general, are not considered damage. 704.5f If a creature has toughness 0 or less, it's put into its owner's graveyard. Regeneration can't replace this event.http://www.wizards.com/magic/comprules/MagicCompRules_20091005.txt However you're thinking very out of the box very commendable ^^.
@ mn6334 It won't tap the creature unless it's destroyed, which is almost always better then having it tapped.
All this is a 6/6 for 7 multicolored creature I'd prefer a 5/5 or 5/4 for 6 instead so it couldn't be compared to Spearbreaker Behemoth which is just different, that being said I would never take Mr Plowbeasts over Spearbreaker in my white green deck.

Very tough in sealed to fight this guy. You need oblivion ring or a supply of chump blockers. Agree that Speakbreaker Behemoth beats this guy up and down though.

Well, yes and no to it being better/worse than spearbreaker. Remember that basically vagrant plowbeasts picks up where spearbreaker leaves off. It can save your creatures from wither damage because regeneration removes all damage. Plus in the same way its giving regeneration to all your creatures, not only itself, and its colorless mana to regenerate rather than mono colored like you have in regular green or black. The multi colored aspect, while not such a big deal, also is beneficial like when using lieges or cards that reference only multi colored, or even one of the two like brave the elements. Spearbreaker is still technically better, but vagrant plowbeasts covers anything it misses.
