Less bad than it looks at first glance, especially considering it's not all that difficult to turn all creatures white (the above mentioned Heaven's Gate Shifting Sky or change the text using Sleight of Mind

This thing is badass with all the card-advantage style white token instants they have now. Drop 2-3 tokens with a card here and there and eventually if you have a bunch of mana but you're missing your bomb, draw 5ish cards and move right along. Instant speed would make this card an easy 4 though..

Think of this card in another way: it's cheap white card draw. Ideally, it could work in a mono white deck that generates expendible tokens (think soldiers, goats, birds and spirits). I'm not saying it's great, but with white card draw so sparse, it's an option.

I like how it says "players must draw one card for each."
