I first saw this card and thought, "Wow, this put's Momir Vig's avatar to shame!"
Then realized that, after a while, you keep hitting the same creatures over and over and it starts to do nothing.
Still not bad though.

I thought your opponent might swarm you with too many creatures to have this be too effective but then I realized, oh, right, you're control, run some board sweepers.

BIG starting life boost, plus ability that locks down your opponents's creatures? Great! Ooh, and she makes enchantment tokens. Not many cards make enchantment tokens. In fact, she might be the only one.

This card is insane. Unlimited arrest at your disposal and it even costs 3 instead of 2White. Doesnt do to well against big swarms, but thats what board wipes are for.

All this plus 9 extra health, yeah burn decks are going to have a lot of trouble. 4.5/5

Flavor wise this seems to make a lot of sense. Though I don't really understand exactely what this card was all about. It seems like a very early version of planeswalkers, or generals that never really stuck.
