@SavageBrain: That's not exactly a combo, i'd rather call it a synergy...a decent one, though.
But aside from that it's still a great card and as stated by Atrues, effectively a 2/2 one-drop most of the time.

I would rather this card read "Court Homunculus gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control."
To me this card is telling me that he gets +1/+1 as long as you have an artifact besides him, just the one time. Two artifacts? Well, you still control an artifact that's not him, so he still only gets +1/+1.
Why is the effect cumulative? Would Tolarian Academy have made sense if it read "Add one blue mana to your mana pool as long as you control an artifact." No, it wouldn't have.
I think this card needs errata.
