well, with servant, they could sac any permanent, not just the one triggering it.

Stops dredge tokens and creatures like progenitus. If the opponent puts a blue/black permanent into play, it has to sacrifice two permanents, same if the opponent puts Underground Sea into play. Pretty dandy, but it's very hard to get it into play, as it will get probably countered. Six mana isn't really hard to achieve in green and green/red decks for an effect so strong against certain decks.

@Auteur: I've had this dropped against me on turn 3 while I was playing my monoblack deck. I was not pleased. So yes, with a fair bit of luck on their part, they can ramp up to it. Turn 1: forest, wild growth. Turn 2: forest, overgrowth. Turn 3: forest, nature's wrath.
Or if they happen to have Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary. All they need to do is keep it from their second to third turn and they have enough.

use it with painter's servant and you have auto-lockdown. Whenever your anybody plays a permanent (lands included) they sack it.

Very strong hoser with a very high cost to match. I'm not sure if it can drop early enough to merit use in a non-combo setting, and it certainly lacks the flair of a Boil or Choke. Cool name, though.

Sorta reminds me of the Stag. only twice as expensive, and in enchantment form.

I can't stand hosing in any form. Yes, it's important and all, but it bothers me.

This card goes in any of my green commander decks that doesn't have blue or black in it. Sure you could go against a monored or monowhite deck but many time this does wonders. :D
