2/3 Reach for is nothing to laugh at.
3/3 Reach and First Strike for is terrifying.

A one-man air defense for ground-bound green and red decks. Reach plus first strike plus 3 toughness means he blocks *very* well. Only reason he isn't worth a 5 is the need to have a red permanent in play to get his full power - this limits his use in some white-green decks.

This deserves more than a 3. Even without the red permanent ability, it's still a soldi-early game blocker that shuts down your opponents cheap flyers. I run four of these in my spectrum deck and the make for nice 3rd turn blockers.

Awww cool little common. A 3/3 with reach and first strike for in red/green aggro is good value.

3/3 first striker able to block flyers... Pretty cool, arguably an interesting replacement for Giant Spider for decks with red mixed in.

One of the few things that can block a certain pesky vampire and live to tell the tale.

A bizarre looking arachnid with actual functional abilities and unique flavoe text. YES!

All lands, unless otherwise stated on the card, are considered uncolored permanents.

3/3 first striker is nothing to scoff at on the offense too
