Shroud is a static ability of players or permanents. A player or permanent with shroud cannot be the target of spells or abilities (EVEN HIS OR HER OWN).
So as asmallcat has pointed out... she can only be boosted by non-targeted spells and effects

I use these as well as the Bant Sureblades in a mostly Green/White block deck. I combine with the Knight of New Alara to make the Naya Hushblades and the Bant Sureblades 6/5s. Personally, I love this card

Yep, turn the shroud into Hexproof,
and this would be my forever favorite card.
I was working a Green/white/red deck based mostly on the gold enchant creature.
Shield of oversoul
Scourge of the nobilis
Was using Marisi's twinclawsmeglonoth and Uril, the mistalker
But most of the time people get rid of them as we try to enchant it, or just exile it. Indestructible isn't enough, only Uril stay on the board, (and sadly is a legendary).
Can dig for Privileged position and Glittering Wish to make it work, but that just slow the deck and it get less effective.
A cheap gold creature with hexproof is what this deck need.

Runes of the Deus makes it a 5/4 double strike shroud trample. Practical? Probably not. Funny? Heck yes.

the problem Fog Raider is that while runes makes it better, by then if you are playing a multicolored deck, it is likely you already have another multi-colored permenant in play
Shield of the Oversoul or Scourge of the Nobilis is a better choice

Shroud almost hurts this more than it helps it. Not really a useful card any time after turn 3. Topdecking this late game would be useless.
