Fun combo with master transmuter. Cast this guy, search up the transmuter, then use the transmuter to send him back to your hand and out again, searching up whatever you want. Then you can just pay 6 mana to put any artifact creature in your library into play once a turn.
Easy to take apart by just killing the transmuter, and it's slow, but not bad considering this is the only card you need to draw to get it working.

Great card. I keep enough of these around to run in all my artifact decks. Makes it easy to search out the right artifact creature for the job and give you some decent defense while you're waiting to play it.

i love this card, especially in my darksteel artifact deck. play this search for a mycosynth golem and then play all my artifact creatures for free. 3/3 flying creature isn't bad to have on your side of the field either.

Yeah, good combo with Transmuter. If you're going that direction, may as well throw Fabricate in the deck as well so you can Fab this or any other artifact (creatures or non) for a cheaper mana cost of 2U

as said previously, a 3/3 artifact flyer for 5 cmc is fantastic. Plus, it has an additional effect. Undeniably a card easily used by many decks. 5/5
