There is nothing wrong with naturalize. It has a very simple purpose, and it gets the job done. Though qasili pridemage may replace it in g/w decks.

Pretty much always useful, even if only in the sideboard. I try to have a minimum of 2 in my Deck/Sideboard of any green deck I run.

The Shards of Alara picture is better. The fact that they instead used Hyldebrant's saddens me.
