Cost too much, auras need to be very mana efficient to make up for the card disadvantage

Pillory of the Sleepless is a gold card, requireing two colors to play. Gold cards tend to get a 'Gold Discount', having a casting cost 1 or 2 less then they would get if they were a monocolored card (3 or more for gold cards with more then 2 colors). You should have taken that discount into account when using the Pillory as a basis to identify the propper cost for this card.
In other words, B would be too low a cost. 1B would be a better cost.

Haha she said she'd give anything for that hourglass figure. Seriously though a pretty terrible card. {2}{B} to put your opponent on a 20 turn clock, and that's assuming they've got a targettable creature in play that isn't going anywhere anytime soon? At sorcery speed too? Not to mention if your opponent sacrifices the creature for an added affect (say, to Culling Dais) you each lose a card...
