@dragonking987: Except the fact that Raging Goblin's creature types are vastly more supported than those of Skitter of Lizards.
Raging Goblin is actually pretty good, and no doubt playable in budget goblin decks.

As awesome and classic as this card is, I'm sad he didn't come back in 2012. He's no Goblin Guide, but I've been getting a lot of mileage out of him ever since I started playing this game.

This guy's legendary. Great to start the game on. Once you get chieftain out and dont need his haste then use him in a fodder launch to really burn your enemy.

I remember getting this guy in a bunch of random Starter 1999 cards I got when I first started playing (along with a Grim Tutor!). To me he's always been the quintessential red card: cheap, fast, and a goblin.
Is he outclassed today by Goblin Guide? Yeah, but he also costs about $2.00 less and if your opponent is playing a deck that emphasizes card advantage (discard, lockdown, mill, etc), you could be giving him a lot more help than you think.
I still consider him a 4-of in any budget goblin deck, just a timeless card.
