The card isnt that mediocre when considering that its attacking makes it a 5 power body for only 4 mana. That, in my opinion, is efficient in that your achieving damage that would take at least two more turns to deal, be it on a creature or player.

So mediocre is this card. If a player blocks with it, then mabye it can be considered decent. But attacking with a 5/2 that costs four is pitiful; there are far more better red/white creatures than this one.

Indeed, could combo well with meekstone, the red creatures who allow those with power 2 or less to be unblockable, etc..
Comboing => 5 unblockable power. I'd say that's reasonable. People forget that sometimes goofy rules interactions are the appropriate way to use a card. Yeah, the card in a vacuum is super-weak state wise, but out of the vacuum with the other 12 or 13000 cards in the game, could be quite usable (or even good.)
Also, the art is awesome.
