It's a black Snapping Drake.
Since this card has a generous name which is not obviously related to Zendikar, it is likely intended to become a choice for future Core Sets.
Blue on the other hand got an improved version of that Drake in Worldwake.

Nice that Wizards hasn't forgotten how to make useless creatures. In all seriousness, they balance the game and this block needs balancing.
