I wouldn't say it's crap, necessarily, it's just really expensive. If I would put it in any deck I already have, I'd put it in my artifact deck so that Etherium Sculptor can make it cheaper and flyers can maximize damage. Other than that, I suspect it'll be mostly a Limited trick.

Yeah, it is expensive, but the effect is amazing. Equipment that gives both double strike and allows you to selectively target a creature when attacking? Put this on a creature with Landfall and he is going to destroy something almost every turn. Awesome.

My opponent gave this to a guy with regenerate and wither, won him the game as everytime i got a creature out, it was butchered. It's the second ability that makes this one especially dangerous, and combined with double strike, it can really punish your opponent. If it had been any cheaper, it would've been broken imo.

Holy any creature with Infect batman. Priests of Norn become scary as all get out with this guy. Let alone whatever else you may have.
Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon becomes a wee bit horrifying for instance. Flesh-Eater Imp becomes sac 3 creatures & win the game.
Really the force block is so amazing with infect. As Tangle Angler has proven to me already. This will be a fun deck indeed.
