I like it. It's a mana ritual but the the additional requirement makes it impractical to bust out early and do the usual stupid combos. To make up for this drop in power you get chump blockers instead. Very well designed.

Of course, as an alternative, any changeling could enable this. Since a card with Changeling (not even a creature necessarily, a tribal would work as well) would enable the triple...
