At its worst, its one card for 6 mana (presuming you don't play it when your opponent has an empty hand). At best, 14 cards. Odds are, by the time you hit six mana, you'll probably end up drawing four cards, or you'll encourage your opponent to dump his hand.

Too expensive for my tastes. I'd rather Mind Spring for 4, unless playing a mirror control match.
EDIT: The Rebound effect eluded me the first time I glanced at the card. Admittedly, with Rebound, it's much better than I originally thought.

I've drawn 16 cards off of this before in EDH. Yes, 16, due to multiple Temple Bells being in play.

I went crazy drawing cards with a Spellbook on the board during an EDH game. I was pretty proud of my 20+ card hand.

Works great in G/U where you can get to the 6 mana cost fairly quickly. Seems like Blue and White don't have eldrazi for ramp, so you're going with Everflowing Chalice to ramp to 6. Excellent draw spell if you've got a decent lock position late game. 3/5
