Well, in no particular order,
Squire, an awkward teenager,
Dwarven Lieutenant, a 3-foot man,
Cinder Crawler, a lizard,
Kobold Drill Sergeant, a kobold,
Lambholt Elder, an old lady,
Basilica Screecher, a regular-sized, non-vampire bat,
Benevolent Unicorn, exactly what it sounds like,
Courier Hawk, essentially a messenger pigeon,
Xira Arien, an insectoid cosplayer,
Sanctuary Cat, for obvious reasons,
Academy Rector, an old man,
Port Inspector, another old man, and probably his boss,
and of course, both the infamous Storm Crow and Chimney Imp.

OH DEAR LORD. After all this time... I KNOW WHY HE IS A 1/1!
He's constantly holding those two guys under his arms, so he can only hit you with his head as it's unoccupied. Additionally, because he has to attack by head butting people it leaves him very vulnerable to counterattacks by squirrels, little girls, and small cats.
