This should be the standard by which all instant/sorcery token generators are judged:
White Sun's Zenith is great! It outperforms CP when you have more than 7 mana
Nomads' Assembly is quite powerful. It beats CP unless the board has been swept recently
Bestial Menace is good. It provides the same power as CP.
Spectral Procession isn't as efficient as CP, but they fly and come out much earlier
Supply can only replace CP if you are worried about the three white in the cost

With Cathars' Crusade, this becomes:

"Put 6 1/1 white Kor Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield, then put 6 +1/+1 counters on each creature you control. If Conqueror's Pledge was kicked, instead put 12 1/1 white Kor Soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield, then put 12 +1/+1 counters on each creature you control."
