This card is FAAAAAR under-rated and is extremely useful in a Stasis deck The biggest problem in a deck based on having most of the cards tapped is using land. This card lets you take a tapped land out of play so that it can be re-tapped next turn AND it untaps a creature AND since removing a land is beneficial the cost is free.

Not a worthwhile variation on Twiddle, especially when you consider that you loose the ability to target noncreature artifact or lands. Not to say it could never be used, it's just not very good.

The extra flexability of returning an island to hand dosen't make up for the extra 1 generic mana to play this card. Not a very good card for its price.
