Very interesting flavor, allowing Merfolk bound to the sea to move above in the air.
Merfolk 1: Sir! We need to attack that guy on the dock, but he is out of range.
Merfolk 2: OK then, cast a flight spell on yourself and go get him.
Merfolk 1: But if i go out of water I'll suffocate!
Merfolk 2: Then cast the spell on the water and swim in it! Geez, use some creative thinking for once.
