(Card Rating: 3.5) Due to the fact that this card's ability is not increased by having more than one in play, this card is best used as a "one of" in a goblin deck. I use one of these in my personal favorite casual multiplayer black/red goblin deck. Because I am also running one Demonic Tutor and one Vampiric Tutor, I occasionally have the ability to search out this card if necessary. I use cards such as: 4 Knucklebone Witch, 2 Boggart Shenanigans, 1 Goblin Sharpshooter, and 1 Wort, Boggart Auntie to capitalize on sending goblins to the graveyard. I also included 4 Mogg War Marshal to provide the fodder needed to use the heavy activation cost. This card is very helpful when being attacked by creatures without trample. You are able to block the creatures, then sacrifice the blockers to produce more goblins. ... (see all)

In the old days there was no rarity colorcode on cards. You needed to know. Main sets didn't even have set marks before sixth only expansions did.

First set to have colorcodes was Exodus.

Simple, effective, and still good in Goblin decks today.

I have this in my Goblin/Dragon deck to combo with Isochron Scepter+Brightstone Ritual. Then I call out Reckless One and use Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on him.

I take it that this card confirms that goblins generally give birth to triplets. That explains why they're so disposable, at least!

I love the flavor of this card - the two "parent" goblins are driven to their deaths by their litter of three gob-lings. Gamewise, this was much better when damage could be put on the stack, so two chump blockers could be exchanged for three tokens. Modern times bring quite a bit of support as well, such as Dragon Fodder and Siege-Gang Commander.

A surprisingly playable Fallen Empires card.
