I wouldn't say the worst enchantment. If you play 4 of those in a deck since they are cheap, and find a way either to make them unable to attack, either to force the opponent attack with the creatures he don't want to attack

This is great play 4 of these on a wall because you actully can unlike many other cards.

It's good because it can force an opponent to attack with something they may not want to, like a Birds of Paradise

I love this card i made an enchantment deck pretty much based around this Hissing Miasma, and Pacifism type cards and let me tell you it is one of the most anoying decks i've ever made my freinds pretty much dont let me use this deck

I'm seeing some pretty good synergy with a Pacify, or even better, a Recumbent Blisss. Lock up their creatures and kill them at the same time.
