Given this kind of leadership, it's clear the Orcs only *barely* beat the equally worthless Dwarves in the realm of Fallen Empires. Now that both Dwarves and Orcs are basically extinct in the game, this guy is even less useful than before. He should probably just use his ability on himself and rest in pieces.

Let's say I can remove the Orc creature type from this card and there are no other orcs in play. I can activate this ability because the targeting doesn't happen until the coin flip, right? I can keep flipping coins and winning them to trigger Chance Encounter?
