This card is odd. I can't see it giving that much of an advantage, unless you're using it with some kind of milling strategy and something like Stolen Goods where you WANT to know what's on top of your opponent's library.

The reason why this card is so good is because it's pretty much the same reason why Goblin Guide is so good, you know what's in their hand and what's coming up next.

Back in the day, this and a Millstone in a deck full of CoP's, land destruction and 4 Mishra's Factorys was a hoot to play. Once you blow up their land, you mill the rest into the grave yard. It worked back then. Might be good for casual play now.
