Blocking is an even nastier proposition if you follow-up with a turn two Rancor.

I don't think there is another green wolverine that is also a beast...
At any rate...
Not a bad one drop... it provides an easy advantage to an aggressive player out of the gate and it's ability (which would allow it to kill an elephant) makes the other player want to leave it alone.
Overall, I like the card.

Guess the designers knew they were making a new Homelands, so they included an homage to one of the more popular Homelands cards, Folk of An-Havva.

A solid 1-drop that trades for many superior creatures. This makes staple Giant Growth even more potent, both as removal for a huge creature, as well as to slip in extra damage if your opponent doesn't block this.
