Show me a green card that can do anything remotely like this. That's what I thought.
Vindicate is half as expensive, but it's white and black, the two colors that destroy/exile permanents the best. Green can't do any of it (except an occasional flying creature), so naturally a card as off-color as this will cost a lot.

Green mana ramps a lot, so this essentally costs 2GG-ish.
Definately a card that nobody will see comming! Though destroying more permanents has been more common via Lux Cannon / Spine of Ish Sah.

This, Hurricane, flyers and Squall Line are the only things I know that can save mono green once the opponent dropped a Magus of the Moat.

Similar to Saltblast. More expensive, but less restrictive.

Creeping Mold, SleetFox? Won't hit creatures but when has that been a big deal for Green when there's trample to be used?

I think it's a twister FROM the desert, it's coming to destroy the forest.
