This shouldn't be played in any manner of constructed magic without some way to save the creature from removal.
It is about right for an uncommon aura. This could have been pushed further, but not much (at this rarity). I have won many games with this, usually on Slippery Bogle or Sacred Wolf. When you are loading up a hexproof critter with auras, the vigilance really matters. If you put this on just about anything turn four or better, your turn three drop will outclass your opponent's side of the board, and then you can follow it up with a surprise Epic Proportions when they finally get something that can block.
The other option is Something like Darksteel Sentinel, but the other embraces are better on him since he already has vigilance.

Look where her right hand is headed, I think this is a soon to be fallen angel.

definitely a slower, expensive card but also a potentially game-winner. i have one in my cleric deck, helps immensely to break a defensive stalemate.

How is he possibly supposed to keep his mind on fighting when she's got him like that?

Angelic Destiny isn't strictly better.

Serra's Handjob. That creature should be tapped when it's cast.

Kind of useless when there is Angelic Destiny.
