I love Hagrid Diabetes. It's my favorite ally besides Ondu Cleric

Clearly the best Ally. Can win with Allies on turn 4 without attacking using this guy. Just need to run Harabaz Druid, some cheap white Allies, and Ghostway/Join the Ranks. Unchecked, you can cause enough life loss to take out a 5-6 man game by turn 7. Only downside is that you'll be enemy #1 when you start handing out little life loss presents around the table.

In a proper Ally deck, this guy can finish them off the turn you drop him if you use Harabaz Druid and Join the Ranks.

If two Hagras enter an empty battlefield at the same time, then each one's triggered ability ("Whenever an ally...") is triggered twice (by itself and the respective other), for a total of 2 x 2 = 4 triggers.

For 5 Hagras entering, that'd be 5 x 5 = 25 triggers amongst each other. The one already in play adds another 5, so you're looking at a total of 30 trigger events, and hence, 30 copies of the ability's effect ("You may have target player lose...") on the stack.

At resolution, that's the 30 x 6 = 180 life loss sliverlord5000 was talking about.

For PastProphet's example above, you'd have 6 x 6 = 36 triggers total, each ally triggering 6 times (for 2 x 6 = 12 "Hagra triggers", or 72 life loss)

so, I Warp World and flip 2 Hagra Diabolist, and 4 other allies...
6 allies enter, each triggers 6 times, for 6 life = 216
?? ?
or would it be
2 (hagra) x 6 = 12 triggers
plus 4 (other allies) x 2 (hagra) = 8 triggers
=20 triggers, times 6 (allies) = 120 ?

I think I'm gonna take my calculator with me on Friday :)

This is the only semi-playable black ally, and even he costs too much.

For each that would come into play, 6 triggered abilities would happen (its own ability and the other abilities) and since 5 come into play, 5x6. For each trigger, 6 damage is dealt (since 6 are in play) 5x6x6=180.

Therefore, 180 damage is dealt.
