I made a deck. My deck makes mana. It doesn't make infinite mana, but it makes enough mana to kill two players with a Fireball on turn 5 or 6. I made this deck. Then Wizards made Comet Storm. My deck killed 6 players at full health at the same time today. Thanks, Wizards. Thank you, very much.

It's pretty much a better, instant speed Fireball. And I mean a lot better. You pay an extra {R} to cast it, and you still need to pay the {1} to hit something else, but the damage isn't divided. It just gets dealt to both targets, and they both get smacked for the full amount.
It's a strong and fun spell. It doesn't shine until later in the game, and will at times be outclassed by Earthquake and even Fireball, but that's true of every card. It's good at what it does, and it's flavorful while it does it.

Probably mythic for flavour reasons. Not every day it rains comets, right?
A neat card, I'm thinking red-green. Ramp, or Channel...

at first glance I thought it was just a fireball with one more red mana in its cost, then I noticed it was instant and I was like ok thats cool, then I noticed that you deal X damage to EACH creature targeted not split among them and I was like HOLY SHIT WANT!

Note to MTG: Making cards Mythic Rare isn't grounds for making their cost cheap, that's just grounds for a powerful card which still costs (not monetary) a fair amount.
