I'm pretty sure it doesn't because the land was already in play.

MFL242 it would not ativate its Plane ability because the creature did not enter the battlefield it came into play. Those are to complety different things.

Be sure to try this with Bloodghast. It's similar to Perilous Forays.
My only complaint about this card is that the chaos ability usually feels like a downside, as I don't want my lands getting destroyed by the next Wrath of God. I usually pick an opponent's land that I'd like to see destroyed.

Just noticed the statue on the right is an Eldrazi of Ulamog's lineage!
This might sound insignificant since we saw tons of them in Rise of the Eldrazi but the planechase set this was included in came out months before even Zendikar was even released.
This is probably the first Eldrazi ever seen by players and we didn't even know it.

I had a hilarious game where this turned my Crumbling Necropolis into a creature. We then had a funny exchange after I used it as a blocker to kill an opposing creature, presumably with its...crumbling.

@Ace8792: those are the exact same thing, but the creature did not come into play as a creature, it came into play as a land, so it can't trigger the ability for that reason.
