Other cards can have effects that work long after they've left play. See Stigma Lasher. Even if it's strange flavour-wise to have Ravnica affect gameplay when you're in Bant...

Once again negative tension on a plane. If you want the Chaos trigger but really don't want to Planeswalk, rolling the planar die becomes problematic. Also, rolling the Chaos more than once here is completely pointless, which is really too bad.
