Treasure hunt doesn't draw you cards, A3. It just puts them into your hand, so you won't gain any life...

One of the most powerful planes. It will kill virtually any deck eventually.

I wish they had printed a Rabiah plane in the 2012 planechase... this was the first recognition this poor plane has had since 1993.

I wish we got another Rabiah plane in 2012, as well. Pretty much every other plane that had a set or block function around it has at least two. Even Mongseng appears to be the location of Three Kingdoms (Though there's nothing to confirm that). Ulgrotha and Rabiah are stuck at one plane card, when Shandalar has two. Where's the love for the first expansion set?

The way the Chaos ability directly interacts with the static ability here is beautiful. I've even seen a player use this on himself just to gain 3 life!

I don't understand why they renamed it Rabiah. Couldn't they simply call it Arabia?

Combo with cards that force an opponent to draw and cards that allow you to manipulate the top of librarys. Selective Memory and Treasure Hunt go great with this, or use another top-of-library-stacking card and Treasure Hunt.
