Yeah, the only use I can see for this over Safe Pas.sage is if you're playing a lolz deck in multiplayer to mess with other people's attacks.
I should build a lolz deck once. Probably more annoying than fun over time, but once would be fun.
EDIT: Oh, right, forgot about team games. 2HG might use this.

I love the flavor of this card. The art and flavor text are almost perfect.
That doesn't make it a good card though; although the ability is awesome, it's overcosted, especially since there is already a cheaper alternative in the same format. Why does the worst fog have to be the most flavorful? Single tear. 1/5

That redeems it, I think. I'm tempted to use it, especially when you factor in the great art and flavor text.

Will see a good bit of use in Limited, though outside of that, it will probably only see play in casual. Still, flavor is great, and it actually does what the packaging says.

Technically has a minor advantage over Safe Passage in that the latter doesn't stop attacking creatures from killing your Planeswalkers.

It's better than Holy Day, because your own creatures can still deal damage, without taking any. It's a good way to deal with Glass Cannon-esque First-Strikers that though they would be find since they get in the kill in pre-combat damage.

Ar first I saw an expensive holy day. Then I realized your blockers can kill their attackers.

........ .5/5 Why would you ever use this over safe passage?

How does R&D calculate mana cost. Safe Passage is strictly better and could be even used when your opponent plays an inferno.
