Hmmm...
It brings things back from the graveyard, even other players'. That sounds like a black thing to do.
It steals control of other players' stuff- that sounds like a blue thing.
But since it's an eldumbzi, it's colorless and flavorless. It's just a big, boring heap of hurt that is so not-memorable that it doesn't even have a name. It's just "it," like in the book A Child Called It. The design team seems to have handled the eldrazi in a similar fashion to the child in the book.

@Shotoku, no, it is NOT a replacement effect; it does not say INSTEAD anywhere. It says WHENEVER, which means it's triggered, it happens "whenever" it's requirement is met.
You know, the other day, I was actually explaining to my friends that this card is the standard I refer to when defining a "broken" card. Stoneforge Mystic and Sword of Left and Right can't possibly be broken; they aren't this guy. Iona comes close.

"Reanimate" is one word actually.
But i agree, black Timmys will be pleased with huge Eldrazi without the replacement effect that makes you shuffle them into the library if they get to the graveyard.

Ought to be legendary. Breaks the Annihilator mechanic even more than it already is.

So what happens in a multiplayer game if there are two of these out?
