Also, SACRIFICE GOBLINS FOR MAD DAMAGE. A theme that is staple for goblins. This guy does it well enough.

For anyone who is curious, the hangar's dark secret was that the Phyrexians were the ones behind Mercadia's ruling class. Hidden inside the upside-down mountain was the Subterranean Hangar, where Phyrexia was assembling a battlefleet (including Battle Squadrons) in preparation for their assault on Dominaria.

He sure does have a lot of bombs. I guess the old Goblin Grenade method of delivering explosives is tried, tested and true! I think the power of the ability justifies his CMC (3 mana for a 1/1). 4/5. =)

Now, this card's a pretty good cannon and a good representation of what playing Gobbos is all about. He's fragile, but he can destroy most things just by tossing one or two goblins at it. Siege-Gang Commander is better because he can deal his damage directly to players, but this guy is older, cheaper, and mean in his own right.

This guy is awesome. Even if you can't deal the damage to the player, you can easily clear your opponent's board before you attack with the remaining goblins. Cards like this are why goblin decks should always be red/black. The best is when you attack against an open opponent after using arms dealer, and then you Soulshriek for the win.

The comparison to Siege-Gang Commander isn't really fair, though, since the commander brings his little friends along for the ride. However, Arms Dealer is easier to get out and 4 damage is just enough to shoot down angel tokens produced by Luminarch Ascension and Decree of Justice.

Play this late game when you have swarmed the field and you have 4+ mana. Awesome card.
