I think he'd be fine if he was a 2/2 with the same ability. He can, after all, pump himself.

This was the very first soldier-tribe boosting card, wasn't it?

It's usable, but a bit overpriced to activate.

This guy would be great if only his ability costed just one white, or gave +1/+1, even. As is, he's just mediocre.
