Mainly sideboard material, but that doesn't mean it's not fairly broken.

An efficient color hoser, although I find it flavorful that red gets to destroy all plains while white simply transforms Mountains into Plains (Conversion).

If you're monowhite, and the monored opponent pulls this on you, hopefully you have a Vedalken Orrery out and Conversion in hand.
