Yeah, yeah, Green's not supposed to be good at anything other than fat, ugly tramplers with ridiculously low casting costs and annoying 1/1 critters cluttering up the table.
But seriously, Desert Twister should cost 3GG, then it would be just right. Green has been able to clear artifacts, enchantments, and lands each for 2G or less, since the earliest days of Magic. Adding creatures to the kill list demands a somewhat more expensive cost, since one of Green's weaknesses... hah, I mean, one of the weaknesses Green is SUPPOSED to have, is getting rid of creatures easily.
3GG!! Sorcery!! Destroys any permanent in play!! Yeah boy!!!

When played as printed, does not destroy tokens. :(

Follow littlebeast's idea with calling a judge over and saying that your opponent's deck is illegal due to containing fewer than 60 cards.
Result: The ultimate un-set magic dick move.

Oracle text makes this not as powerful in modern play... "Destroy target permanent."

Vindicate, are you feeling well? You look a little green...
@DrJack
Don't you be hating on green now. Green is easily my second favorite color.
