This came out the other day in my friend's bodyguard deck. I had a contagion clasp in hand and successfully kept the game going until my life total reached 0. It felt like a win to me!

I used Karn Liberated to exile this from my hand and then reset the game with it already in play, just for epic lulz.

As mentioned in a recent "Wizards Asks" (http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/activity/282), this really would be the worst enchantment ever to receive the "Leyline" ability.

Put it in a multiplayer deck with acouple of vampire hexmages. Then threaten to end the game any moment if you are attacked. :P

We now present... the ultimate magic dick move!
Stop your opponent's ridiculously contrived deck from winning by cheating it into play! Watch the Spikes concede in fury after you continuously Hexmage the counters from it! See the Timmies cry because the game stalled right before they got their Darksteel Collossus out! Laugh as the Johnnies stare hopelessly at their winning combo hand.
Then do it all again, because this IS A DRAW!
(Also, I now know that Gatherer doesn't censor "Dick"... Huh.)

The gatherer artist credit for this card is incorrect. It should be Amy Weber, not Anthony Waters.

This still ends the game on your terms. Your opponent will feel like they've been beaten.
I should know, I've been that opponent. In many ways this is more annoying than "losing".

Sooooo much fun. Just control, control, control, then drop this. I can just imagine some of the responses...
"Oh COME ON!"
"What are you even playing for?"
"This is the first deck I've seen with draw cons instead of win cons." (Ba-dum-sh)
What's funny though is that, although very remote, it would actually be potentially useful in a setting involving B03s. Win game 1, then side in this. If you can make game 2 a draw, the worst you can possibly do for the match is draw. Draw both game 2 and 3 and you win the overall match. =P
