6 mana, from two colors, for a 4/3 first strike? Not worth it. The art is neat, it's a g******n legendary pirate, and it's from an old set, but I'd want to see it costing 1BBU. Then it would easily be 5 stars; even a casting cost of 2BBU would be somewhat tolerable.
