Definitely not worth a 5/5, but it's a niceish card. There are better boosters, such as Goblin King. 3.5/5

Well, Goblin Chieftain is the new power on the goblin throne... but it would be pretty fun to use things like this with a Meekstone.

Drafting goblins seems fun, but too risky, the set is far too huge

Strictly worse than Goblin Chieftain.
Except for Meekstone I guess, but the definition of 'strictly' allows for some leniency this way.

In principle, this could also be better than the other goblin lords if you got multiple attack phases in a turn, since the bonus would stack. That's an awfully niche situation, though.

Also note that his bonus is until end of turn. This means that when your gobbos attack and someone snipes the lord, it doesn't suddenly tilt the battle in their favor. That's actually a pretty nice thing to have as it's less risky to go on a planned all out offensive.
