Well, with the Leviathan, it does prevent everything else from attacking. See Also: Island Sanctuary.

This is like a red enchanment stating 'prevent all damage dealt by red sorceries or instants'
Or a green enchantment stating 'Creatures with power 5 or greater can't be played'

Actually Swordfish, this card turns Stormtide Leviathan into a $2 MOAT. :P I think, on Balance, he actually doesn't mind the arrangement so much...

This card is to be played with wariness, but in blue control decks can be a nice lockdown for attackers.

would effects that grant flying, say Jump or casting any blue spell with Tibor and Lumia still have any effect with this out?
