I actually rate this pretty high, it only costs Black and works great in a black suicide deck. It's only till end of turn, but in a real black suicide deck, that's all you'll need.

Not typically a black ability. For 1 mana, not bad - or, not bad in a color that doesn't tend to do this sort of card.
